This Starbucks is inside Safeway. The manager helped the new barista make my caramel iced latte this morning. They were both awesome and wanted to provide the best service and coffee possible! Thanks manager Michelle! and your new trainee.

Our order took forever due to the barista always stopping and talking to her friends. We had ordered four frappuccinos which all had their own issues. The first two which were green tea frappuccinos, were barely mixed and was watered down. There were huge chunks of ice in the two frapps. The vanilla bean frappuccino didn't even taste like vanilla. It had a slight taste of vanilla, but really all you could taste was coffee. Our last frappuccino was a strawberry cream one. It's flavoring was way to strong and had no ice. I couldn't even drink it with a straw and it was way to watery.
